Try reading &#039;Thinking in Pictures&#039; by Dr. Temple Grandin.
She illustrates people with Asperger&#039;s in a more vivid perspective!

Don&#039;t get me wrong.  Rigidity in thinking can sometimes be a type of character.  It doesn&#039;t necessarily mean that a person with rigid thinking pattern has Asperger&#039;s.  However, for the better healthy lifestyle, one should consider breaking up the pattern once in awhile!  That way, we are all flexible -- just like people practising yoga!!  (more compassionate, less inclined to throw a tantrum/ get hot-tempered easily)
