Printing body parts

Printing body part using 3D bio-printer sounds like sci-fi coming to reality. It can print tissues now, but sooner or later, they can print a whole limb with bones and tissue. Maybe we can even print a complete human and use the 3D bio-printer as a cloning machine.

Fair dues

Promotion often directly link to immediate and future monetary reward. If employee perceive unfair when a under performer gets more money than he deserved, it would be even worse if the under performer is promoted.

Maria Cantwell and the politics of global warming

The cap-and-dividend plan to control carbon emission and fight global warming seems to be the best and fairest among all approaches. Auction off the thing in conflict to the highest bidder, then divide the earning among all citizens. It would be even better if we can extend the cap-and-dividend approach to solve all other social conflicts.
