杜琪峰拍攝一系列的黑社會電影﹐足以成為香港電影的代表作品。在杜Sir芸芸眾多電影中﹐早年作品《暗花》不是特別賣座﹐卻充滿個人風格﹐流露出杜琪峰電影的神髓。反而後來叫好叫座的電影﹐因票房考慮加入商業元素﹐卻失去最原汁原味的味道。《暗花》由兩大影帝梁朝偉和劉青雲主演﹐英文片名是The… [...] My project team is hiring again. 每次坐飛機總會因為太無聊﹐看了些不應該浪費時間看的電影﹐這次看的電影是《人狼外傳》。其實這齣電影也不算是十分垃圾﹐畢竟是荷里活A級大製作的爆谷電影﹐若不帶腦袋看倒勉強合格。只是劇中那些打鬥場面太過硬橋硬馬﹐獨沽一味主打力量性的爆炸和破壞﹐欠缺港式荷里活動作設計的眩目視覺官感。… [...] 
說起來很慚愧,我雖自稱是科幻小說迷﹐可是對上一次看科幻小說﹐已經是好幾年前的事情。這次去印度逛書店買平書時﹐不期然想買本科幻小說來讀﹐好讓自己追貼最新科幻出版。在書店看科幻小說的書架﹐有一半是上一代科幻大師的經典﹐那些經典很多我在年青時已看過。餘下又有一大部份是偽科幻小說﹐只不過把冒險故事用未來或太空包裝起來。左揀右揀下最後買了科幻新秀David… [...] I just came back from my 3 weeks Bangalore business trip. 去年聖誕逛商場時﹐見到一張很醒目的電子海報﹐有個肥佬食蕉很神氣起向上望﹐間中又會望下你做個I am watching you的手勢﹐加上有在電視播放的預告片﹐我已經覺得這套會是套賣座黑馬的電影。果然不出所料﹐這齣《商場凸警》低成本製作﹐本小利大刀仔鋸大樹﹐去年連續兩星期美國票房冠軍﹐DVD推出第一個星期便登上銷量第一位。… [...] I think the the just punishment for sex offenders is castration. Jim Collins是我喜歡的商管作者﹐初次接觸他的著作時﹐改變我對一般商管書藉多流於吹水的負面印像。他的前作有Good to Great和Built to Last﹐均是重量級經典商管書藉。他在書中用科學方法﹐分析企業如何從同業中脫穎而出和在競爭劇烈的環境中歷久不衰。這次的新書How… [...] 
印度晚上完全沒有地方可以去﹐酒吧晚上十一時便關門趕客﹐週未夜只好呆在酒店上網看電視。想不到印度電視台竟然會播中文電影﹐先看了完場前十幾分鐘﹐配上印度話的成龍的《寶貝計劃》﹐然後看了國語配印度字幕的張藝謀的《英雄》。《英雄》這套電影劣評如潮﹐當年下載回來最後沒看便刪掉﹐在正常情況我絕不會看這齣戲。不過今天情況比較特別﹐可能身在印度倍思鄉﹐電視的中文電影正好解鄉愁﹐竟然有耐性挨到完場。… [...] 
有時候一些外表平庸的地方﹐內進後卻發現裏要原來別有洞天﹐《絕對可憐》便是一齣讓慢熱的動畫﹐用驚喜回報耐心追看的觀眾。這齣動畫是一年番的動畫﹐長篇故事有一個好處﹐便是可以逐點逐點舖排劇情﹐在不知不覺間捉緊觀眾的目光。在每星期胡鬧嘻笑賣萌的外表下﹐深藏一個充滿愛和人情味的故事﹐埋下一條關乎世界存亡的深遠伏線。… [...] Watch out!
