I once asked my Israeli colleague, is Jewish a religion or a race, as a Jew himself, he doesn’t know the answer. If a Chinese school admits only Chinese students, I am sure it will sued by the government. However, it is OK for a Christian school admits only Christian students. In the sense a Jewish school should refer to Jewish as a religion but not Jewish as a race.

Nothing beats my wife’s iPhone plan with Fido. $17 per month with unlimited voice on evening and weekend, standard voice mail, calling forwarding, call display, text messages package. The catch? No data plan. Call Fido to disable data service so the iPhone will not use any data accidentally. Having Wifi for data connection is good enough.

Credit shopping is nothing new. I did it when I was in high school many many years ago. I took my English OAC in a public school in summer because the English teacher in my school is really though. Buying the credit without studying is a bit too much, but it is natural that students will take the difficult courses with an easy teacher. For example, I got a 20% grade increase. That makes a huge difference in university application. The only fair admission system is public exam system like HKCEE.
I am looking forward to the day when the Catholic Church lift the celibacy requirement of priests. Maybe I could become a priest as my second career when I am bored working as an engineer.
We should not worry too much about environmental problems. At the end of the day, it all about energy. According to estimate, we only to cover 6% of land on Earth with solar panels to give enough energy to let everyone a life like the Americans. The world has 14% of land is desert, so we just need to cover all the desert of Earth with solar panels to solve our environmental problems. Those desert land are useless anyways.
