看「交響詩篇」的最大原因﹐是被譽為機設之神的河森正治。自從「超時空要塞」的變型戰機出道以來﹐他設計了無數的經典機體﹐從高達0080到艾斯卡科尼到創聖之大天使﹐每個設計也是創新兼獨一無異。這次在「交響詩篇」中的設計﹐超越以往所有機械人動畫的意念﹐是一臺在天空中踏著滑浪板滑浪的機械人。初聽到在天空滑浪這個慨念時﹐覺得有點兒無稽多些一舉﹐不過看罷第一集就已經認同這個別出心裁的設計。在這動畫的世界設定中﹐機械人是依靠特殊粒子波浪去漂浮飛行﹐在視覺效果上拖著長長發光的尾巴﹐就像是在天空中滑浪一樣。正如真正的滑浪會在海面留下痕跡﹐機械人劃破長空留下光痕特別悅目﹐令空中纏鬥場面好跳舞一樣好看。… [...] There are two ways for wedding preparation. 彭浩翔上次那套「出埃及記」拍藝術電影﹐結果成為他執導以來的最大污點﹐幾乎悶死了入場的歡眾。今次「破事兒」不扮高深﹐正經地搞笑不正經地說點道理﹐彭浩翔回複當日「買兇拍人」﹐「AV」的狀態﹐不愧為香港第一鬼才導演。「破事兒」結集七個短篇故事﹐其中有些改篇自他的舊小說﹐也有些故事是新創作。七個故事有長有短﹐長的有十數分鐘﹐短的不過兩三分鐘。每個故事演員不同﹐不是好戲的綠葉﹐便是當紅的明星。故事照舊走他最擅長少少鹹多多趣的風格﹐大玩性笑話卻樂而不淫。… [...] Tonight I and Pat were searching for a song to sing in the wedding banquet. 大隻佬阿諾辛華舒力加主演的「未來戰士」﹐相信是不少人心目中的經典電影系列。大隻佬一句I will be back﹐配合他的爛面機械人造型﹐堪稱上世紀荷里活最酷的標誌。現在大隻佬去了做州長﹐導演占士金馬倫又不肯拍續集﹐「未來戰士」枝葉四散大樹凋零﹐金漆招牌失去了昔日的光輝。畢竟爛船也有三斤釘﹐霍士電視台就是看中了撈底的機會﹐把「未來戰士」從大銀幕搬上小銀幕﹐看看能否讓這一代經典鹹魚翻生。… [...] 
說數今年香港最有創意的電影﹐非這套由七條導演的「愛鬥大」莫屬了。說穿了導演七條並不是一個人﹐而是七條友共用的代號。由專拍鬼片彭氏兄弟的彭順領軍﹐帶領六位學生導演﹐合作拍攝一套另類青春喜劇。電影的演員全部是偶像新人﹐典型的俊男美女組合加騎呢怪綠葉。這套電影實驗味道很重﹐無無聊聊大顛大肺﹐大慨老一輩會說其不知所謂。不過我們看慣Youtube的這代人﹐倒看得大呼抵死好玩過癮。… [...] Science may not able to explain God, but science can explain religion.… [...] 自回歸以後香港施行的母語教學﹐十年內學生的成績大家有目共睹。中中學生不單英語成績一落千丈﹐其他科目的成績也沒有時顯的進步。早前教育局長孫明揚更聲明﹐有必要檢討現行的母語教學政策﹐讓學校自決教學語言。其實在香港推行母語教學注定失敗﹐因為母語教學優勝的假設﹐是建基於一個錯誤的理論之上。母語教學的支持者﹐認為香港學生從小也接觸母語﹐使用母語作為教學語言﹐學生比較容易吸收新的知識﹐能夠幫助學生思考理解課文內容。… [...] Today Arthur C. 喜歡看潛艇電影的朋友﹐不可能沒有看過「U潛艇96」 。這作品是潛艇電影的唯一經典﹐後來的「追擊赤十月」﹐「紅潮風暴」﹐U-571﹐K-19等賣座潛艇電影﹐在這齣電影面前也只能伏首稱臣。這電影是拍攝Outbreak和Air… [...] 
坐沒有私人電視的舊式飛機有一個好處﹐就是會看到些平常自己不會選擇的電影。反正在長途飛機沒有其他事情可做﹐抱著不妨一看的心情﹐有時也許偶有驚喜。「魔法奇緣」是迪士尼出品的愛情童話﹐觀眾對像大慨是十多歲的小女生﹐又或者是幾十歲人但不願長大﹐整天幻想自己是公主的老女人。雖說這套電影是愛情故事﹐但劇中的愛情觀純過蒸溜水﹐絕對老少咸宜適合一家大細欣賞。… [...] After over 24 hours of flying, finally I arrived at the Vancouver International Airport. 給公司派了去印度公幹﹐每個週未也要煩惱有什麼節目。這個週未約了兩個印度同事去街﹐體驗普通印度年輕人如何過週未。其實印度人同香港人一樣﹐週未不外是行街吃飯看電影。原本我想看套印度Bollywood的電影﹐不過發現原來沒有英文字幕﹐以及印度同事喜歡西片﹐決定買飛看這套「公元前一萬年」。印度的電影院同香港的差不多﹐一樣是大銀幕高背椅﹐大堂有販賣汽水爆谷的小吃部。唯一不同的地方是電影播到一半﹐戲院會忽然亮起燈關掉放映機﹐原來是中場休息時間﹐很體貼地讓觀眾上廁所解決需要。… [...] |
